Photos demonstrate lower facial skin sagging including jowling and neck laxity as well as facial volume loss. Patient underwent a revision lower facelift and neck lift as well as fat grafting (fat transfer) to the face for volume restoration. Following Dr. Pearson's surgery, the jowling and neck skin laxity are substantially improved, the angle between the chin and the neck is defined and rejuvenated. Facial volumization is also improved. The scar from her prior facelift is improved following Dr. Pearson's revision. The overall appearance is refreshed, rejuvenated and entirely natural.

Prior to her Facelift with Dr. Pearson, this patient had undergone Facelift Surgery elsewhere. Unfavorable scarring in front of the ear is noted in the "Before" photos.
Following her Facelift with Dr. Pearson, scarring is much less perceptible. Incisional scars are designed such that they are concealed within the natural creases surrounding the ears.
