Photos demonstrate lower facial skin sagging including jowling and cheek laxity and neck in laxity. Following a lower facelift and neck lift, the jowling, cheek and neck skin laxity are substantially improved, the jawline is defined rejuvenated while maintaining a natural un-operated appearance. Patient also underwent perioral skin resurfacing.
